THE BENEFITS OF
TIG-MAX® LASER HQ
Scalable Bus Control Concept
The system uses an intelligent bus network to precisely coordinate the laser generator, cooler, and galvanometer.
High-Performance Cooling with Real-Time Feedback
The integrated liquid cooler ensures consistent laser power with optimal temperature control.
Intelligent Process Parameter Database
The software includes an expert database with preset parameters for various materials, thicknesses, and tasks.
Intuitive & Secure User Interface
The user interface is intuitive and allows you to assign permissions to individual employees. This saves time, enhances security, and ensures stable welding processes.
Remote Control & Security Included
Optionally, you can conveniently control the laser and wire feed using a remote control. The built-in emergency stop switch meets the highest safety standards.
Ergonomic Welding Torch
The handheld laser welding torch is wear-resistant and V0 flame-retardant. Laser power, scanning frequency, feed rate, and process parameters can be adjusted directly via the integrated mini-display.
CANBUS-controlled wire feed
The feed unit operates with high precision and a minimal tolerance range (≤ 0.1%) thanks to stepper motor control. An integrated wire straightening unit ensures a reliable material flow.
Outstanding Welding Results in Mass Production
Whether it’s deep self-fusion welding or clean butt welds, the TM-L HQ consistently delivers high strength, uniform welds, and minimal distortion.
